COVID-19 Refund / Exchange Policy 

You have 7 Days from receipt of items to request a refund. All items must be shipped back in selling condition, free of wear-tear or damage. SUBROSAH.COM retains the right to refuse any refunds. Size exchanges are at the discretion and availability of SUBROSAH.COM, please refer to the sizing chart and product details to ensure the correct size and fit.

 

Please Give us 3-5 Days for Processing and an additional 7-10 days for Shipping. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
